Dr. Brian Chu

Dr. Brian Chu is a dedicated dentist that wants your child to look forward to visiting his office. He will ensure each visit to All 4 Kids Pediatric Dentistry is enjoyable and pleasant for your child, whether it is the first visit or one of many. Dr. Chu enjoys working with children and helping them understand the importance of good oral health care. He understands the energy and curiosity that children possess and will use this to make your child's experience fun and educational. Very few dentists can turn a dental visit into a fun visit quite like Dr. Chu can.

Dr. Chu received his D.D.S. degree in 2003 from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry located in Loma Linda, California. He was in private practice as a general cosmetic dentist for three years, then went on to complete his pediatric dental specialty training in 2008 at Cornell University affiliated-St. Barnabas Hospital in New York. He is a board certified pediatric dentist with the ABPD (American Board of Pediatric Dentistry).

Additionally, he is certified in both Basic Life Support (BLS) and in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

When your child is not spending time in the office with Dr. Chu, they will be with his friendly yet highly professional staff. Dr. Chu takes pride in the fact that each member of his staff has the same love for children and desire to teach them good dental care while providing them with a visit that is fun, pleasant and enjoyable. Whether it's books, toys or just one-on-one time spent with your child, the entire staff is committed to making sure everything about your child's visit is fun. On a Personal Note

Dr. Chu is married with 2 children - a son and a daughter. When he's not in the office, Dr. Chu enjoys spending time with his family and attending his children's sporting events and activities. Next to spending time with his family, making dentistry fun for kids is what he enjoys most.

Dr. Chu was inspired to become a dentist by his father, who is also a dentist. Watching how his father helped patients and solved problems sparked a lifelong interest in providing care that truly makes a difference. Today, Dr. Chu loves helping kids feel comfortable at the dentist and making sure they leave the office smiling and proud of themselves. 

When Dr. Chu isn't putting smiles on the faces of his patients, he enjoys golfing and cheering on his kids as a proud volleyball parent!

Dr. Lee Miyauchi

Dr. Lee Miyauchi is a big kid at heart and wants children to have every visit packed with fun and excitement! He creates a warm and welcoming environment by taking the time to get to know your child's hobbies and interests. He also enjoys discovering new and popular fads. His interests include everything anime and playing with his dog. He wants to reflect the amount of happiness and joy the children bring to the office so they can always leave with a smile!

Dr. Lee was born and raised in Southern California. He received his bachelor’s from the University of California, Irvine, and continued to pursue his doctorate. He received his D.D.S. from the University of Loma Linda, School of Dentistry in 2020. He continued to pursue his masters and completed his pediatric specialty training at Loma Linda University in 2022. He is a board certified pediatric dentist with the ABPD (American Board of Pediatric Dentistry).

Dr. Urva Suryawala

Dr. Urva Suryawala—better known to her patients as Dr. Urva—is a board-certified pediatric dentist who loves helping kids feel happy, confident, and relaxed at the dentist. She earned both her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and Master of Science in Dentistry from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where she also completed her pediatric dental residency. Dr. Urva has been caring for little smiles since 2023.  

Dr. Urva’s passion for pediatric dentistry comes from her genuine love of working with children and creating positive early dental experiences. She believes dental visits should be fun, friendly, and fear-free, and she enjoys helping kids learn healthy habits that last a lifetime. For Dr. Urva, it’s not just about teeth—it’s about building trust, confidence, and lots of smiles along the way.  What she enjoys most about working with children is their honesty, energy and resilience. No two days are ever the same!

When she's not in the office, Dr. Urva enjoys photography and traveling, especially exploring new places and cultures. Fun fact: she's traveled to six different islands and loves discovering sea life!

As a mom herself, Dr. Urva understands the questions and concerns parents have about their children's oral health.  She listens with empathy and care, combining her professional expertise with a parent's perspective to make sure every family feels comfortable, informed, and supported at every visit.

Dr. Justin Im

Dr. Justin Im is a pediatric dentist who believes that going to the dentist should be a fun, positive experience kids actually enjoy. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he also completed his pediatric dental residency. Dr. Justin began practicing pediatric dentistry in 2024 and is dedicated to helping children feel safe, confident, and excited about their oral health.  

Dr. Justin's love for working with children was shaped by mission trips to Guatemala, Honduras, and Peru, where he discovered a strong passion for helping kids in need.  He is dedicated to creating a fun, welcoming space where children feel safe and build positive feelings about their oral health. One of the most rewarding parts of his work is watching his patients grow more confident with each visit and forming lasting relationships with their families.

When he's not in the office, Dr. Justin enjoys playing basketball and golf, and checking out new cafes and restaurants.  Something fun to know about Dr. Justin is he loves playing Mario Party, Overcooked, and Super Smash Bros on Nintendo Switch with his friends!

Dr. Justin’s goal is for every child to say they had fun at the dentist, and families can trust that he prioritizes each child’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being at every visit.
